  Founded in 1960.
Started production of food containers and caps as a private business in Josai, Nishi-ku, Nagoya City.
1971
  Incorporated in 1971 with a capital amount of 10 million yen.
1973
  New plant was constructed at Nagasaki-cho, Nishi-ku, Nagoya City.
1976
  Started production of auto parts.
1977
  Capital amount was increased to 16 million yen
1984
  Following the passing of the previous president, the former president was appointed.
1986
  Capital amount was increased to 26 million yen.
1987
  Awarded as a corporation of merit in electrical safety by the Chubu Bureau of Trade and Industry. Awarded as a corporation for excellence in streamlining by Aichi Prefecture.
1989
  Awarded as a corporation for excellence in streamlining by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.
1991
  Capital amount was increased to 37.6 million yen.
1993
  Capital amount was increased to 51 million yen.
1994
  Established Manpower Reduction Division. Began design and manufacture of jigs.

  Introduction of large blow molding machinery.
1998
  Approved as a designated plant by Inoac Corporation.

  New shipping center completed.

  Established Mold Division

  Approved for ISO9001. Greatly damaged by torrential rains in the Tokai region.

  Former president appointed as Chairman of the Board. Current president was appointed.

  Anjo plant was established.

  Shanghai Plant was established in China.
